A local electrical company in Mid County is seeking an Apprentice Electrician. This long-term, temp-to-hire position offers a great career opportunity in the electrical field. Training is available.
Job duties include assisting with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, setting up wiring, fixtures, conduit, and tubing for cables, performing routine maintenance inspections, and replacing wiring, circuit breakers, and other equipment as needed. Additionally, duties involve general labor, shovel work, working at heights, and following safety policies.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to obtain an Apprenticeship license if they do not already have one.
Candidates must exhibit punctuality, a positive attitude, productivity, professionalism, and presentability to qualify for this position.
The training will cover electrical work and installation concepts.
Compensation: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Schedule: 8AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Some weekends and overtime may be required.
Dress Code: Appropriate work attire, including steel-toed boots, work gloves, and a safety vest.
