📍 Location: Infinity Staffing Solutions | Nederland, TX

Pay Rate: Pay – DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Infinity Staffing Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Staffing Assistant to join our team. This position provides administrative and customer service support while assisting with recruiting, applicant communications, client follow-up, and daily office operations.

Previous staffing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and office inquiries
  • Assist applicants throughout the application and hiring process
  • Schedule interviews, orientations, drug screens, and other pre-employment appointments
  • Review employment applications and resumes for completeness
  • Follow up with applicants regarding employment opportunities and required documentation
  • Contact employees regarding job assignments, schedules, and timekeeping
  • Follow up with clients to ensure quality customer service and assist with staffing needs
  • Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant, employee, and client information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new software and office procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
