This position is covering an employee leave of absence and may transition into a longer-term opportunity based on business needs.

A growing professional services company in the Mid County area is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to assist with daily office operations and front office coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and route appropriately

  • Welcome and assist visitors

  • Perform clerical duties and document processing

  • Support administrative functions across departments

  • Assist with scheduling and office coordination

  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment

Qualifications

  • Basic computer and typing skills required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office

  • Previous administrative experience required with 1-2 years minimum

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory!

Must have flexibility to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and some weekends as needed.
