This position is covering an employee leave of absence and may transition into a longer-term opportunity based on business needs.
A growing professional services company in the Mid County area is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to assist with daily office operations and front office coordination.
Manage incoming calls and route appropriately
Welcome and assist visitors
Perform clerical duties and document processing
Support administrative functions across departments
Assist with scheduling and office coordination
Maintain an organized and professional office environment
Basic computer and typing skills required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Previous administrative experience required with 1-2 years minimum
Must have flexibility to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and some weekends as needed.
